Commentary
Tucker, who began his professional life as an architect, studied painting under the American Impressionist John H. Twachtman. Mount Aberdeen, Sunny Afternoon was included in the influential 1913 International Exhibition of the Association of American Painters and Sculptors, more commonly as The Armory Show.
